Remote Programming
Our state-of-the-art Remote Programmer and Web Remote Programmer software enable programming control systems from a PC either on-site or from remote locations.

These support three main needs:

• Monitoring: real time status checks, command and fast event log
• After sales service: maintenance, diagnostics and upgrades

With the Remote Programmer software providers can set up system parameters, configure devices, define alert settings and destinations, configure home automation features and more. These allow providers to benefit from reduced installation and call-out times.

Remote Diagnostics and Management Utility
The system’s Remote Diagnostics and Management utility enables mass automatic management of control systems as well as proactive maintenance, status checks, registration of new customers, diagnostics and updates. Central Station Monitoring Receivers
The receiver picks up event signals sent from control systems at the premises and converts these using traditional security protocols to monitoring software protocols. We offer receivers supporting PSTN, GSM, Ethernet and GPRS communications, and also provide a solution for VoIP communications.

Proprietary Application Server
Our solutions incorporate a proprietary, scalable, application server (ELAS) and proxy server (ELPX) which enable web-based remote programming, administration and mass remote management of our Ethernet and GPRS -based solutions, allowing providers to benefit from streamlined operations with minimal service calls and visits.

The ELAS, a fully redundant 24/7 dedicated application server, serves as the central component of a virtual network, managing all data transactions, while seamlessly integrating with the provider’s own customer databases.

The dedicated application server ensures utmost security in IP communications, while routing information according to pre-defined parameters. All transactions are indirect and managed through the ELAS, while control systems respond only to recognized application servers using high-level encryption and enhanced authentication methods including SSL3 supported by all IIS modules. Moreover, constant supervision over control systems is possible due to the always–on Ethernet and GPRS connections.

Remote Firmware Updates
With our new, state-of-the-art iConnect GPRS, providers also benefit from the unique ability to conduct remote firmware updates, eliminating the needs to service visits to customer premises. Firmware updates can be carried out with no interruption to users’ on-going system operation.
