Our advanced residential security solutions offer remote management applications for end-users through built-in PSTN, GSM, Ethernet and GPRS communications platforms which empower users to be in connected to and in full control of their home environment and security system, via SMS, e-mail, using an interactive web application for on-line system management or an advanced WAP user interface for complete system management on the go.
Advanced remote management features allow users to actively control their residential security system including sending commands for remotely arming and disarming the system, activating home automation features, conducting remote status checks and more. These remote management options can all be carried out from any location using a landline telephone, cellular phone, PC or laptop. Users also receive ongoing notifications regarding system status and user operation, and can send SMS and/or web requests for system status updates. All notices are then delivered in SMS format to users’ cellular phone or as an e-mail to their inbox.
Upon an event our solutions automatically generate an alert that is then sent in real-time by telephone, SMS or e-mail to designated users (self monitoring) and/or monitoring stations, according to pre-defined set-up system parameters. This allows users and monitoring services to provide an effective, real-time response to events and alerts.
Users also benefit from integrated location based services which allow users to be up to date of the whereabouts of their loved ones at all times.
On-Line Remote Management
Our solutions also include dedicated web user interfaces (offered with the GSM, Ethernet and GPRS – based platforms) providing interactive on-line system management and control features. With the web user interface, users enjoy an interactive, easy and intuitive on-line remote system management experience. This is also available with our dedicated WAP user interface which allows users to enjoy the benefits of online remote management at the palm of their hands.
On-line remote system management features include activating the system and home automation functionalities, defining user codes, conducting status checks, defining alerts settings and destinations, as well as viewing, saving and printing event logs and more.
- On-Line Remote Home Automation
Our systems’ intuitive web user interfaces enable remote home automation by allowing users to remotely control the automatic operation of home appliances and utilities. Activation of appliances can be scheduled according to specified parameters; for example, users may use the web user interface to schedule lights to go on and off when they are out, have the heating switched on every day at a pre-defined time, or schedule scenario responses.
- On-Line Video Capabilities
Using the GPRS and Ethernet web user interfaces, users can enjoy advanced video capbilities including secure video look-in streaming from IP cameras installed around the home and connected to a router as well as pre-and post event footage sent to users upon an event. Users may utilize the web user interface to view into the property at any given moment from the comfort of their Internet browser, enabling immediate verification of events and their severity, and allowing users to take the appropriate action for each event. Users can also utilize video look-in to monitor dependent individuals for enhanced safety and peace of mind. Additionally, users benefit from pre and post event footage sent upon an event. This offers users peace of mind knowing what caused an event and may assist the work of monitoring stations and help services.
- Intgrated Location Based Services
Electronics Line 3000’s integrated personal location tracking services include a Web-based application and a Locator device, allowing users to easily stay updated regarding the whereabouts of their loved ones. This web-based location platform, incorporated into the Electronics Line Application Server, utilizes GIS (Geographical Information System) technology and a dedicated hand-held locator device, to track and provide a map view of the locator’s location. This can be used to track the movements of persons carrying the locator; ensuring system users are always up to date regarding the whereabouts of their loved ones.
