Since July 1, 2002 the members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board of public companies listed in Germany have to notify the company and the German Financial Supervisory Authority about transactions of shares of the company or of rights with respect to these shares. Certain people being closely related to the board members (e.g. spouses, children, parents) are under the same obligation. The publications have to remain on the website for at least one month.
