Remote Firmware Management (RFM) Program

Electronics Line 3000’S Remote Firmware Remote Firmware Management Program is a unique tool which enables easy mass remote updates of new firmware versions for iConnect GPRS control systems. 

The application presents a list of control systems with outdated firmware versions, thus allowing the provider to choose a list of systems for update. The files are then downloaded to the control system using GPRS bandwidth, and the update process begins as soon as users disarm their system locally.

Once the update is complete, the iConnect control system reconnects to the Electronics Line Application Server and the providers receive an update report.

The Remote Firmware Management Program facilitates streamlined operations for providers, enabling effective and dedicated customer care with minimal service calls and visits.
